1. Return Eligibility

You can return products under the following conditions:

  • The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags and labels intact.
  • The return request is made within 7 days of delivery.
  • The product is not a non-returnable item (e.g., perishable goods, hygiene products, opened software, or gift cards).

2. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return:

  1. Log in to your account on Shopysouq and go to the Orders section.
  2. Select the product you want to return and click on the Request Return option.
  3. Follow the on-screen instructions to schedule a pick-up or drop-off at a designated location.

Once your return request is approved, we will arrange a courier pick-up, or you can drop the item off at our return center.

3. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect product delivered, we will cover the return shipping cost.
  • For returns due to other reasons (e.g., change of mind), the customer may be responsible for return shipping fees.

4. Refund Process

After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed as follows:

  • Original Payment Method: Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method (credit/debit card, bank account) within 7 business days.
  • Store Credit: You may opt to receive the refund as Shopysouq store credit for future purchases.
  • Exchange: If you prefer, you can exchange the item for another product of equal or lesser value.

5. Non-Returnable and Non-Refundable Items

Some products are not eligible for return or refund due to hygiene, safety, or other reasons. These include but are not limited to:

  • Perishable items (e.g., food, flowers)
  • Personal care and hygiene products (e.g., razors, undergarments)
  • Gift cards and vouchers
  • Customized or personalized items

6. Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact our customer service team within 2 days of receiving the item. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

7. Cancellations

Orders can be canceled before they are dispatched. If you need to cancel an order, please do so within 5 days of placing it. If the order has already been shipped, it will be treated as a return.

8. Late or Missing Refunds
